afi have been confirmed for the reading and leeds festivals. add to this the fact that it's the first time for a good five years that i've been excited about the lineup and i'm pretty stoked that apryl, steph and i managed to get tickets for leeds. this also means that we will not have to endure the horror that is camping at a festival and will thus get to sleep in a proper bed every night, will get a shower every morning and will have clean clothes for every day. we win. and don't give me that whole, "yeah but to get the TRUE festival experience you have to camp!" no ta. i camped at reaing in '04 and it was pretty gross. fun at the time but i wouldn't want to do it again thanks very much.
