So I was having a think today about the amount of new records that are being released this year and all I can say is this...2009 is shaping up to be a very good year for music.
Off the top of my head, here are a selection of bands and artists who have records that are set to drop this year:
AFI, Set Your Goals, Jamie T, Lightspeed Champion, Converge, Rise and Fall, Frank Turner, Polar Bear Club, Arctic Monkeys, My Bloody Valentine (apparently) and Brand New.
Add to this some of the amazing records that have already been released so far such as Morrissey, New Found Glory, Fireworks, Title Fight and Paint It Black and you can see that 2009 is going to be a good one music wise...
