
so...morrissey has annouced a full uk tour in may and one of the dates is the britannia pier in great yarmouth, as seen above. it will be weird to see one of my heroes in a venue that is more accustomed to hosting borderline racist, dated, blue comedians ala jim davidson, roy chubby brown, etc.
i mean jimmy carr is playing there soon, but i could read a book of one liners out loud and get the same effect.
it will still be incredible though. i've never been inside the theatre but i'm hoping it's kind of small. also does anyone know if it's all seated or will it be half seated/half standing for this? whichever, i'm still ridiculously excited.
he is also playing the corn exchange in cambridge, whcih will be amazing seeing as when i saw ryan adams there it seemed to be pretty much full and he is, although still an incredible artists and performer, significantly less well known than morrissey is. i have a feeling a lot of the shows on this tour are going to be pretty special...
